available flights
We have a calendar with a series of popular VIP events that our members like to jet off to. For these events, we propose a private flight for you as a member to reserve a seat on.
This means that there are enough reservations/subscriptions so the flight can go ahead and is hereby confirmed.
You will receive the flight briefing from us with all booking details after the confirmation and before the flight.
If a flight that is awaiting activation remains unactivated prior to 7 days from its departure, passengers will have the option to select an alternative flight or opt for a complete refund of their deposit, either on their account or in credits.
We only make sure you get there in style. If the event is cancelled after the flight is confirmed, unfortunately we cannot go back and the cancellation conditions of the flight will be applied. If a refund is possible, we will refund the amount or you can leave it in your account under credits for a next flight.
Only Jetworld Community members.
The primary customer (the individual buying the tickets) is required to be a minimum of 18 years old. Minors (passengers under 18 years old at the time of the flight) are permitted to travel only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Regrettably, unaccompanied minors cannot be accommodated on our shared flights.
Passengers need to be at least 2 years old as of the flight date. We regret to inform you that infants cannot be accommodated on our shared flights.
Seat assignments are exclusively available for purchase through your JWC assistant.
The cost is determined by the overall price of chartering the aircraft, which fluctuates based on factors such as the flight’s route, date, and the number of vacant seats available for jet sharing. The most up-to-date prices are consistently accessible online.
This is certainly possible. As a JWC member, you are entitled to VIP concierge services all year. Booking your VIP ticket is part of this. Please note, your concierge only books your ticket after confirmation, you pay for the full cost of the entry ticket.
For several of the VIP events, your concierge has put together packages in advance. You can then choose whether to book just a seat on the jet, or purchase the whole package. This can include hotel reservation, restaurant booking, event entry ticket, etc… You can also have a personalized package put together by your concierge.

Propose a flight
This flight has been suggested by another Jetworld Community Member. It’s currently available for reservations, and it will be confirmed once a minimum number of passengers have made reservations to collectively cover the flight expenses. To secure your spot, all that’s required is a deposit that could be refunded. The outstanding balance is only collected once the group of passengers is finalized and the flight is activated.

Proposing a shared flight is limited to Jetworld Community Members.
Select your desired route and timing for a shared flight. Our Flight Manager(s) will provide you with the seat price. Following a reservation fee payment, the flight will be posted on the community platform. The seat cost is only invoiced upon flight confirmation.
You can propose a flight with a commitment for minimum 2 seats. Currently, flight proposals are limited to those departing from or arriving at airports in Belgium (BE), with plans to expand to additional countries in the near future.
Proposed flights must have a departure date that is at least 21 days away.

share your private flight
You have booked your private flight and it has been confirmed.
You still have the right to sell the free seats (you choose how many) to members of our community. In this case they pay for their seat and you get a refund or you receive it in credits (minus a transaction fee) which you can then use again for a next booking, either your own private flight or a seat on a shared flight.
You let us know that you wish to sell x number of seats on your flight and we share it on our platform with the community.
Seats are published at the market price and can be booked until 48 hours before departure.
For example, if 5 out of 7 seats on your aircraft are sold, your charter flight would have cost you 70% less.
You have booked your flight and therefore pay the entire charter price. If a seat or several seats are sold, they are paid for by the buyer and this amount (minjus a transaction fee) is refunded to you, or given back to you in credits that you can reuse afterwards for a new flight or a shared flight.

You can obtain access by invitation only. Some criteria must be met for clients to be considered for membership. That helps us to keep a higher level of service and creates a community of like-minded members.

Clients who are considered minors (any passengers under 18 years old at the time of the flight) can only travel if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate unaccompanied minors on our shared flights.
Passengers must be at least 2 years old on the flight date. Infants are only allowed on shared flights initiated by the passenger who intends to travel with an infant.
All passengers aboard must occupy a seat. For safety and comfort reasons, children cannot travel while seated on their parents’ laps.
The regular baggage limit is 20 kg, and passengers are also allowed one small piece of handbag luggage. If additional baggage is permitted, passengers will receive notification.
On shared flights, only cats and dogs are permitted. Their combined weight, including the kennel, must not exceed 12.5 kg. Supplementary charges will be applicable in this case.
Tickets for our shared flights can only be obtained through our platform. Currently, we do not provide tickets through travel agencies or booking websites.
Tickets obtained from any source other than Jetworld (or from other passengers) will not be valid, and passengers will not be eligible for refunds. This approach helps us maintain oversight over the sales process’s quality and ensure accurate alignment of expectations.
The main client purchasing the tickets should also be a passenger included in the travel group specified in the itinerary. This measure is designed to prevent tickets from being resold on “secondary markets” and to safeguard clients from potential scams or excessive costs.
Same fares apply to passengers of all age groups. Regrettably, there are no discounted fares designated for minors.
Our fare structure is dynamic. The system consistently presents the most interesting available fare at any given moment.
Please note that our promotional fares are subject to limits. As a result, the price for the same route could vary based on your chosen travel date.
Up to 10 days before the departure date, you have the flexibility to modify your booking’s travel date to any other available flight along the same route. This change can be made without incurring a change fee, but there might be a need to cover the price difference, if applicable.
If you decide to cancel your ticket up to 30 days before the departure, you are entitled to a refund. The refunded amount will be the full ticket fare minus a transaction fee of 4%.
Cold VIP catering is included. The menu varies according to the time of the flight and the route.
Should you have specific dietary needs or preferences, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Flight Manager Team after completing your booking. We will be more than happy to offer additional assistance in this regard.
Activated: The flight has been confirmed, and the aircraft has been assigned for the journey. Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a flight briefing containing details about the aircraft, boarding instructions, and any additional pertinent information. You can start preparing for your flight and packing your belongings.
Proposed: The flight has been proposed but awaits aircraft assignment and the attainment of a minimum demand to proceed.
During the Proposed phase, promotional fares are available. However, once the flight status changes to “Activated,” promotional fares are no longer accessible for that flight.
If a proposed flight is not activated within 7 days prior to departure, passengers will be given the option to select an alternate flight or receive a full refund.
For flights pending activation, we offer a pre-booking process:
You are only required to pay a modest deposit to secure your seats, as opposed to the entire ticket cost. The remaining amount is only charged once the flight becomes activated.
Passengers who have reserved seats during the pre-booking phase are encouraged to settle the remaining payment within 24 hours following the flight’s activation.
Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable if the passenger fails to pay the remaining ticket price on time or decides not to proceed with the trip.
