We have a calendar with a series of popular VIP events that our members like to jet off to. For these events, we propose a private flight for you as a member to reserve a seat on.
This means that there are enough reservations/subscriptions so the flight can go ahead and is hereby confirmed.
You will recieve the flight briefing from us with all booking details after the confirmation and before the flight.
If a flight that is awaiting activation remains unactivated prior to 7 days from its departure, passengers will have the option to select an alternative flight or opt for a complete refund of their deposit, either on their account or in credits.
We only make sure you get there in style. If the event is cancelled after the flight is confirmed, unfortunately we cannot go back and the cancellation conditions of the flight will be applied. If a refund is possible, we will refund the amount or you can leave it in your account under credits for a next flight.
Only Jetworld Community Members can book a seat on an available flight.
Members must be at least 18 years old.
The cost is determined by the overall price of chartering the aircraft, which fluctuates based on factors such as the flight’s route, date, and the number of vacant seats available for jet sharing.
This is certainly possible. As a JWC member, you are entitled to VIP concierge services all year. Booking your VIP ticket is part of this. Please note, your concierge only books your ticket after confirmation, you pay for the full cost of the entry ticket.
For several of the VIP events, your concierge has put together packages in advance. You can then choose whether to book just a seat on the jet, or purchase the whole package. This can include hotel reservation, restaurant booking, event entry ticket, etc… You can also have a personalized package put together by your concierge.

propose a flight
Members of the Jetworld Community can also propose a flight themselves. Jetworld can then open the flight to other members. The flight will be confirmed once a minimum number of passengers have signed up to collectively cover the flight expenses. To secure your seat, all that’s required is a deposit. The outstanding balance is invoiced once the group of passengers is finalized and the flight is activated.
If a flight that is awaiting activation remains unactivated prior to 7 days from its departure, passengers will have the option to select an alternative flight or opt for a complete refund of their deposit, either on their account or in credits.
Proposing a shared flight is limited to Jetworld Community Members.
Select your desired route and timing for a shared flight. Our Flight Manager(s) will provide you with the seat price and deposit amount. Following your acceptance and payment of the deposit, the flight will be posted on the community platform. The outstanding balance is only invoiced upon flight activation.
You can propose a flight with a commitment for minimum 2 seats. Currently, flight proposals are limited to those departing from or arriving at airports in Belgium (BE), The Netherlands (NL) and Luxembourg (LU), with plans to expand to additional countries in the near future.
Proposed flights must have a departure date that is at least 21 days away.
Only Jetworld Community members can propose and book a seat on a shared flight.

share your private flight
You have booked an entire jet for your own private flight.
You can offer unused seats (you choose how many) to members of our community. In this case they pay for their seat and you get a refund or you receive it in credits (minus a 10% processing fee) which you can then use again for a next booking, either your own private flight or a seat on a shared flight.
You let us know that you wish to sell x number of seats on your flight and we share it on our platform with the community.
Seats are published at the market price and can be booked until 72 hours before departure.
For example, if 5 out of 7 seats on your aircraft are sold, your charter flight would have cost you 70% less (minus a 10% processing fee).
You have booked your flight and therefore pay the entire charter price. If a seat or several seats are sold to other members, their respective seat price (minus a 10% processing fee) is refunded to you after the flight is performed, or given back to you in credits that you can reuse afterwards for a new flight or a shared flight.

Memberships
You can obtain access by invitation or by applying on our Community Platform. Some criteria must be met for applicants to be considered for membership. That helps us to keep a higher level of service and creates a community of like-minded members.
I am under 30 years old and would like to be part of this community as I go to at least 1 of the suggested VIP events every year anyway.

Additional information
Only Jetworld Community Members can book a flight in our community.
Members must be at least 18 years old.
The baggage limit will be communicated for each individual flight in the Flight briefing.
On shared flights, small pets may be permitted but only with the prior express consent of the operator. Supplementary charges will be applicable in this case.
Seats for our shared flights can only be obtained through our platform. We do not provide seats through travel agencies or booking websites.
Seats obtained from any source other than Jetworld (or from other passengers) will not be valid, and passengers will not be eligible for refunds. This approach helps us maintain oversight over the sales process’s quality and ensure accurate alignment of expectations.
The Member purchasing the seat should also be the passenger included in the travel group specified in the Flight brief. This measure is designed to prevent seats from being resold on “secondary markets” and to safeguard Members from potential scams or excessive costs.
Cold VIP catering is included on flights with a flight time of more than 1 hour. Snacks and drinks are included on every flight.
Should you have specific dietary needs or preferences, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Flight Manager after completing your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to timings and availability).
Activated: The flight is confirmed and the aircraft is assigned for travel. Before flight departure, you will receive a flight briefing with details about the aircraft, boarding instructions, itinerary and any additional relevant information. You can begin preparing for your flight and packing your belongings.
Proposed: The flight has been proposed but is waiting for the aircraft to be assigned and reach minimum demand to proceed. If a proposed flight is not activated within 7 days prior to departure, passengers are given the option to choose another solution or receive a full refund of the deposit.
For flights that have not yet been activated, we offer a pre-booking process:
You must pay a deposit to secure your seat, instead of the full ticket price. The remaining amount will not be charged until the flight is activated.
Members who reserved a seat during the pre-booking phase must pay the remaining payment within 24 hours of flight activation.
Please note that deposits are not refundable if the passenger does not pay the remaining seat price on time or decides not to proceed with the trip.
